After learning of all the positive benefits vaginal steaming has to offer and experiencing first-hand the beneficial effects, there isn't really any comparison with what is available through gynecology. Further, learning that the history of modern gynecology (only offering pharmaceutical and surgical solutions) is male-dominated and unethical having used slave women as test subjects is a real turn off and made me want to offer women a better option for care. This is the universal practice of women's health.

Meet The Owner
Aloha, my name is Témar Marté and I am the first certified Vaginal Steam Facilitator PFc & Somatic Womb Path Practitioner of Oahu. Over the years I have worked and trained with different Holistic, Alternative, Naturopath and Functional Medicine Doctors, as well as Specialty Spas for Healing. The knowledge I have gained while working at these facilities has helped shape my process in dealing with holistic wellness!
I am on the committee with Steamy Chick Institution for #steamyaugust. First campaign of daily educational posts and activities to spread awareness about the benefits of steaming. I’ve hosted workshops for Black Women Healing Retreats and facilitate steam circles at Retreats and coming of age ceremony!
